The experience was amazing. 5 stars does not do it justice. The facilities are immaculate ( and smells so good). The instructors are fantastic and give the extra touch when your there. They are all so knowledgeable and warm. Beyond just Yoga class they go the extra mile and deliver workshops so you fully understand the foundations of your Yoga practice . Check out Danny's Power Foundation class, you will love it.!

They encourage and motivate during classes without making you feel weak or stupid. I think the best thing that sets them apart of all Yoga studios I've been to is the cold towel press they do for all of us at the end of hot yoga, not only is it super refreshing but it just shows the extra little bit of care and effort they put into making us feel good. My only complaint here is that there are a limited amount of classes during the day (especially on the weekends when I feel like there is more free time for people).

They teach you from the beginning, they are experts on form, and make sure you have it right to achieve the benefits of yoga and a killer workout. Their cues in class are from beginner to advanced. Great atmosphere and dedicated instructors. Highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the studio offers a community feel; which I truly enjoy being a part of. The studio is well kept. They offer a good variety of different types of classes, meeting everyone’s needs.

I do wish they had more classes during the day, but the evening classes are fantastic. All of the instructor’s I’ve had so far have been great! Deeqa’s class is my favourite!! If you want an intense power yoga workout, don’t miss her class!! The cold towel at the end of class is a perfect touch! The owners are so kind and are always willing to help or accommodate. They really are a pillar to the community!

Yoga on Seven has changed my views and the instructors (especially Deeqa, Danny and Antonella) have really allowed me to enjoy the overall practice. The classes with Deeqa and Danny allow you to push yourself and go beyond your limits. The room gets super hot which is awesome as it makes you sweat so much! I feel that the service, classes and overall atmosphere are very welcoming. The owners Ted and Meiji are super friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend checking out the classes - you will not be disappointed!
