★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean. The. Gym. Floors. Its so slippery you can't play basketball. The staff lazily push a dry mop across the gym floor a few times and that's it. Slippery floors cause injuries!!!!!!!! I wish I could offer to clean the floor because I know I would do it 10x better than the staff there. Absolutely 0 grip.

Our entire family of 4 has a membership at a newer gym in the city (with access to multiple locations) for much less than my husband’s individual PLUS membership was. In addition, the gym we now go to is MUCH more family friendly and much cleaner than the Y.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good gym that offers a wide range of equipments, you can do many styles of fitness. The basketball gym is also very good if you wanted to do some sprints and etc. The parking isn't bad for being located in downtown. The men's VIP room has one of the best steam rooms in the city. On the second floor you will also find a good selection of cardio equipments. This gym does have more teenagers so they do not have the best gym etiquette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m currently pregnant and taking the prenatal classes at YMCA! If you want to be prepared for your upcoming birth, that’s the place for you! Sally (the instructor) is wonderful, the class is interesting and she knows how to present a very scary information in a nice funny way! More then that Sally also have Prenatal Aquacize class- Absolutely one of the best gift I could give to myself and my body! The water always in the right temperature, and the staff are fantastic! Also, they have an massage option for pregnant woman- did it today with Samantha- she was wonderful and I felt so much better after! Totally recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great ceneter for the entire family! I appreciate everything about this place. The staff is always kind and courteous and they will alwyas do everything to help you. The facilty is a bit old but very well maintained and they offer such a huge variety of programs for all ages. They have a great gym, nice pool and even a small cafeteria. I really like this place!
