I love this spa, so much that I went to get 3 treatments in 3 days, 2 on separate days for me and one for my wife. I haven't had Thai massage before and I found that I much prefer it to the standard Swedish massage given in Canada. What I enjoy the most is how peaceful everything is and how spacious the space is, and they take their COVID-19 precautions seriously with fresh sheets, disinfecting after every person, and of course masks. Nobody took any risks regarding health and safety, and that's how it should be. Love it. My masseuse Julie is so kind and she always asks to make sure that she is not overexerting me, as Thai massage does a lot of stretching which may be a bit more challenging on different people. But all the way through she communicated clearly and respected my requests. The exterior entrance of this spa doesn't look too fab (due to some mall regulations I think) but honestly once you step inside it is WOW.

One of the best massages I've ever had. I opted for the herbal ball massage, and the masseuse listened to my concerns and really focused on my problem areas. Everyone was very professional and the place was clean.

I was kind of surprised how big this place is as it was my first visit. A lot of massage rooms and quite nice. Me and my partner had booked a couples massage. When we got there, the lady who I believe was somehow in charge of the place too, told my partner that “you’re too big for a couples room and I will put you in separate rooms” which didn’t make sense and was rude to make such a comment! My boyfriend is not a big person at all so we just laughed it out but again, kind of a rude thing to say! Another guy came up who was the second masseuse and just took us to the couples massage room! Not sure why that lady said that but we ended up getting a couple massage which was what we wanted! The room was SOOOO COLD that I was shivering the whole time and could not relax my muscles for a second during the 90 minutes massage! I asked the lady who was massaging me(the same lady who made that comment) to adjust the temperature because we were both cold and she said she can’t because it’s central and it will affect the whole place’s temperature. But then at the end when I gave the same feedback to the receptionist, he simply said oh I’ll go adjust the temp right away. It seemed like that lady was not willing to help her customers at all! She did not do a great job with the massage either-completely distracted by her phone and didn’t really listen to my asks! I asked her a couple of times to lower the pressure- did not really pay attention. And she was playing or texting or doing something on her phone, half of my massage time! I could feel the vibration of the phone on the bed and she was literally using one hand to massage me and was super distracted with her phone which was really annoying!

I was there on a trip to Toronto and found this random place as it's close to where I live. It has fairly good reviews so I chose this one over other places around that area. Unfortunately it was not a smart choice. The management is so poor and I doubt the person who gave me the massage is even licensed.

Pain I had for years is gone! It was a unique but amazing Zen experience. I was truly relaxed and comfortable with the staff. Their customer service is superb. Nikki was my masseuse.

FINALLY, a good massage! I've gotten traditional Swedish massage but decided to switch it up so I went for a Thai massage here. My persistent shoulder and back tightness/pain feels drastically less after I left, and I foresee it getting better and better with time. It felt so good, the woman who did it was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. I'm 100% coming back and recommending this place to friends.

First time Thai massage. YlangYlang’s was a beautiful, tranquil hidden gem in the city. Tin Tin was my masseuse and she was wonderful! Very communicative, discussed my concerns in advance, checked in often and had such a sweet disposition. Can’t wait to go back!

The first time I came here I loved the masseuse , I did a couples one with my best friend and it was relaxing. The interior gives a zen feel. The Thai massage isn’t that good (stretching didn’t feel relaxing and their elbows hurt a lot! I had Thai massage in Thailand and it should give a good pain not a pain that is uncomfortable ) but their Swedish is really relaxing I came here the second time to just do the Swedish, I had a guy named John I believe. He talked wayyyy too much, didn’t have any relaxing time so this is where I put the stars down to 3 . He was not doing Swedish AT ALL! Felt like a massage therapist rather then a relaxing one that’s Swedish massage. Barely got a head massage. He didn’t get to my hands and skipped my legs because my neck and shoulders were tensed. But I wasn’t here for a message therapy session, I was here for a relaxing zen Swedish full body massage. After the massage was done, he used a dry rough towel To wipe the oil off my body. This felt Like scratches on my sensitive skin. Most spa massage places uses a nice warm wet towel to wipe the oil off. The front receptionist lady is sweet and amazing. Overall: massage is ok, but the interior is beautiful and the staff is friendly I wouldn’t come here again, but try it as a first experience. I might have been unlucky with my masseuse
