โ โ โ โ โ veryyyyyyyyy bad service, watch out when you deal with Yang Wang Law Professional Corporation, i called brenda lau for legal fee. then she asked me to email my purchase and sale agreement and others including my ID. .you will be charged for sending your agreement of purchase and sale, because the law clerk , Brenda Lau implies that you were willing to hire her office to represent you in this matter. if you don't pay the fee of $200 + HST. her office will register a lien under the property you are purchasing. because this is Brenda Lau and her office are threatening me now. never ever do business with Yang Wang Law office.

What I like about them is that their price quote is very honest and the final price I paid was not different than the initial quote. Unlike another lawyer we used in the past where our final bill came out to be $900 more than what they quoted us !! They are also multilingual and staff are fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese ! ็ฒพ้่ฑๆ ็ฒค่ฏญ ๆฎ้่ฏ - highly recommend ! =)

โ โ โ โ โ My experience with Yang Wang Law Office was not very good.
1. most of the communication was done through wechat. However, at the beginning of the process they asked which way is preferred (wechat or email) and I told them I prefer email.
2. There is actually no communication between us and Mr. Yang Wang. (or any employee identified him/herself as lawyer). He only sent us some greetings on wechat, and then it was all his assistant who contacted us.
3. They only asked for our information and did not explain the process, if there is anything particular we should pay attention to or if there is any key document/information should be prepared ahead.
4. Different people asking for same information. We sent our profile and ID and got asked again 2 weeks later.
5. On closing day, we were to verify everything in the contract. We asked what to do if there is any issue, which was never answered.
6.There was no explanation when we signed the documents. The fees are well listed and clear.

โ โ โ โ โ First of all, good service comes with no cheap price. But Yang Wang Law Office puts a reasonable and affordable price on their services. Most importantly, they got the jobs done.
The reason I was saying that is the other law firm screwed my tax rebate documents although their price was indeed slightly cheaper. But paying several hundred bucks more here actually saved me several thousand.
The only regret I had was that I should have come to Yang's office at the first place so that it saves a lot of time and efforts, possibly some money.
Overall, strongly recommend it without any hesitation. (Any suggestion to this business: if the response time for the communication was within one day, that would be much better. )
