★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a beautiful experience, I hiked around Eagle Lake and out to James Lake. Then finished my days adventures with a drive further down the road to one of Canada's most scenic vistas, Ya-Ha-Tinda Ranch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite places in Alberta. It does not have the high summit hiking that the Kananaskis has, so if you are looking for that you will be disappointed. It has its own beauty, micro-climate and easy/moderate trails. It is very popular with trail riders. Of special interest are the "natural slides".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant walk up above and then down below the waterfall that sources from a glacier! Not a difficult walk, about 5-10 minutes depending on speed. Great place to rest and connect with nature.
