this is the mechanic in the shop. i am sorry about your feeling,
but i can not find out your work order in my computer, and i
can not remember who you are, what kind of vehicle, what is
wrong of your a/c system.
i may have bad memory, and English is not my mother language,
i made mistakes sometimes on phone, i can not promise start my customer car on time, maybe late 5 or 10 minutes ,
anyway, could you please bring in your work order? i like return your money back.

β β β β β I don't recommend coming here if you want to fix or maintain your car. The owner is a untrustworthy person. I called and let him know I needed to do alignments for my car and change the sensor. He told me to come at nine a.m. When I arrived, he told me he didn't have the equipment to do the alignment and I needed to wait while he fixes his friends car first. If you cannot fix my car at the time of appointement, why get me to come at 9 a.m. on a Saturday morning instead of giving me another time. However, I waited over 5 hours for him to change the sensor. In the end, he told me my air conditioner had a problem. He did some testing, but he couldn't find the issue, and he couldn't fix it, but he still charged me. I don't even know if he did tested it or not. This was the worst maintenance experience I had.

β β β β β I wanted to give a good review as they seemed nice, but let me explain what happened. I called them to set an appointment to get my tie rod replaced. I was quoted one price. After dropping off my vehicle I got a call telling me that they quoted me on the outer tie rod but both inner and outer needed replacing and my quote doubled. I was a bit upset but can except that after closer inspection other issues can be found. Then I found out that the alignment need to be done by his neighbor because he didn't have those tools. He still got it done that day. When we drove off I was still happy.
Now a couple months later I am switching my insurance from British Columbia to Alberta. So I get told to take my vehicle in to get inspected. They find a bunch of little things but also find my tie rod needs replacing. So we say it was just replaced. The inspector tells us that it is brand new but installed incorrectly and needs replacing again.
So due to this I can not recommend this business. Apx $400.00 is not a devastating amount of money to loose, but still nothing anyone wants to loose. Even more pressing is that the tie rod could of failed while my wife and kids were driving. If it seized while she was turning it could if cause a bad accident

β β β β β Been going to Xuefeng Auto Service the last few years now. When I discovered my tire had a big nail in it while getting fuel by the nearby gas station back in 2015, I popped into the shop and right away Xuefeng looked after it despite working on another client's car at the time. He was able to remove the nail and patch it, and I was able to go to work with no issues; the tire still works well to-date.
Since that time, I have continued to going to Xuefeng's shop. Xuefeng and his mechanics are great. They provide great service and pricing for your vehicle's work. Thank you for your honesty and care. My family and I enjoy coming to your shop each year and will continue to do so.
