Was told 20 mins... I called back after 30 mins and was told there was traffic issues... after 45mins, I called another company and they got to my place within minutes... I never saw the Xtaxi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to change my review from 2 months ago from 5 stars to 1 star if I could give a negative star I would. Worst service ever!, I believe someone else is running that company because last I used it I had exceptional service. Today I was rudely talked to, so disrespectful. This is why people use Uber and will continue to use Uber if the service continues like this. It's unacceptable. I will never use a taxi service in Gatineau ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST TAXI SERVICE IN GATINEAU! I've taken a lot of taxis and this one is the best there is. Dispatch is incredibly nice, they have safe and responsible drivers. Best part of all, no overpowering scents! Max I've had to wait is 10m and you're always greeted with a smile. Definitely my new go-to company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same as Bob/Regal/Crown. Not sure how/why all these new taxi service providers showed up under new names + reviews.
So often, drivers are maskless, take poor - more expensive - routes and/or require directions, are on the phone (even when I am clearly in a meeting trying to get work done), disgruntled and otherwise unpleasant etc. Attached a few photos to support/show what I mean.
I eagerly await the licensing of Uber/Lyft operations in Gatineau, whenever that comes.
