My husband and I were on a bit of a roller coaster when it came to finding a place! We had the pleasure of working with Dave throughout this whole process (and it was long..about 6 months!). Dave provided support on a professional level and also personal as we kept finding ourselves hitting barriers to break through...but Dave stuck by our side and made feel secure. My husband and I are becoming 1st time parents so it was important we were making the right 1st time home purchase decision and Dave helped us do so. He truly cares about his people, and with us having our first on the way he was able to relate and guide is in the best direction.
