★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a small business owner the lack of professionalism from this company is astounding. I used Wuis bros for pumping concrete, once. My credit card was maxed from paying for the concrete so I had to run to the bank and take out cash. When I asked for a receipt I was told by their operator that it would be mailed. When I called several weeks later I was informed that they don’t give receipts for cash. It wasn’t a cash deal, I merely paid with cash. I hounded them for months never did get my receipt and as a result was unable to write off the $1200 for pump towards my business expenses. On top of that the operator was a prima Dona and kept saying how his job wasn’t to move the hose just operate the pump and he got pretty irate when he had to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended by a few colleagues who had used Wuis in the past. I would definitely not use them or recommend them to even my worst enemy. I contacted Wuis brothers for a quote for basement walls in the beginning of November. I had not received a quote from them so on December 4 I had decided to place a follow up call. To my surprise I was transferred to Denise (co founder of the business). She proceeded to tell me she can’t do a quote because prices were going up in March??????? I had advised we were ready to complete before March based on their availability. Then she tells me they never received my original quote request. (I have email confirmation that the quote was received and opened) she advised me to email it directly to her, which I forwarded the original email to her on dec 4. I followed up with her today and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t really interested in my business and they were so busy. Well too bad for Wuis brothers as I am a custom home builder, building several homes a year. I will stick with my current foundation company. Very poor service from a company..... especially the owner.
