I had a glitch with my new Ebike and was very concerned I had made a mistake with my choice but I can not tell you how impressed I am with the level of customer service I received this week. This vendor is truly committed to their product and customer service. I would highly recommend these bikes and this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my scooter here. Love it! They sell all kinds of cool stuff...will be back for an Ebike! Owner is super friendly and gave me a good deal on my scooter with full warranty and offered to be available 24/7 if any issues. Awesome customer service!

The owner has good product knowledge on what he is selling. Recommended to everyone who is buying it for first time or someone who is Tech Savvy WOW Cycles is one stop shop!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the WOW store was recommended by a friend as a must visit in the new Horizon Mall which is still expanding with independent merchants and entrepreneurs from all walk of lives.
As the store name “WOW” suggest, one can easily get wowed by wide range of product selections of home entertainments, personal gadgets, smart homes gadgets and security systems, as well as a wide range of e-scooters and e-bikes for outdoor enthusiasts.
All items were at very reasonable priced with amazing friendly and knowledgeable staff that made a wowing experience going there.
I am personally supper happy with the products and services I purchased.
Hope they can keep up the great work and selections while expanding the business into several stores within the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased electric scooter for our son from Wow. It is very high quality and we got such a good deal from the owner. Scooter charger was not working properly so we brought the scooter to store and we find the customer service very accommodating and satisfying.
I’d highly recommend their IPTV box once you get it you won’t go back to any other cable or box. My husband watch live sports channel, Pakistani news and all the newly released movies.
You must visit the store for all the cool tech stuff. Huge variety of gadgets !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for my wife e-Bike and one my friends who bought their owns e-bikes online told me get the one with after sales service , parts and repair so I found the WOW electric rides at FB postings. We went to shop and found the perfect e-bike as recommended by the owner “JB” Bilal its a F720 an ET Cycle brand German motor technology manufactured by Leon Cycle who produces bike since 2014 . The bike was straight out of the box from his storage few stalls away. This guy is super nice and phenomenal the store was busy as they also sell various electronic products but he managed to accommodate us and get the deal done! My wife is happy with her first e-bike and Im looking forward to get my own e-bike Aspen NCM soon. We are a happy camper WOW!
