Had to return the shoes due to sizing, but my refund was processed 2 days after my shoes were received on their end, and they sent me a return shipping label. I will definitely be ordering from them again. 5+ stars.

I am beyond pleased. My walking shoes fit beautifully and I feel good in them. But that covers the shoes. I can't say enough about the customer service. Marisol was magnificent. This young lady knows the meaning of these two words. As a consumer who has been promised the best when dealing with others, I can appreciate white glove treatment. Every single question I had was answered promptly and truthfully and when I was concerned about the fit as I hadn't tried them on beforehand, she gave me directions on how to return them hassle free. I am very happy with my purchase and absolutely WILL recommend them to anyone. A special thank you to their CS rep, Marisol!
