★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good trails here; however, as someone who doesn’t ATV, I find that having them pass by all the time kind of ruins a nice hiking experience. Good that ATVs aren’t allowed on all trails at least. The lookout mountain trail is in rough shape (deeply rutted) from all the ATV traffic; I worry what it will be like in 10-15 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a nice winter walk on the trails. Pretty well kept and easy to follow. Good signage to follow and several options for the length of trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good and pretty easy trail to hike. There's three different trails that you can walk, which makes for a great opportunity to explore more of the area. The lookout gives you a nice view of the surrounding countryside. The trail is well maintained overall, but the dirt is fairly soft so it is easy to loose your footing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing afternoon of snowshoeing! The walk up to lookout mountain was marvellous! Beautiful views the entire time with the sun shining through the snow covered trees. Only down side was that snowmobiles could use the trail and it was super narrow so we had to go into the deep snow a number of times and breath in the stinky exhaust. Outside of that it was absolute perfection!
