Absolute outstanding customer service. Its a long story regarding a rifle sent for repair that ended up in two pieces ( literally broken in half) thanks to the not too adept shipping company. Heather and the team at Wolverine replaced the rifle with one they had in stock and attended to the shipping company in house. Great company to deal with in all regards.

Placed an order in November for a black FAB Defence stock. I recieved a tan one. I returned it and recieved my refund. In December I ordered 2 FX9 uppers. Both arrived with incomplete bolts. The advertisement only mentioned not having barrel nut and handgaurd. I sent an email right away trying to get my issue resolved. They said they had to wait for parts to arrive. I sent an email each month and got the same answer of "we're still waiting for parts" I sent my last email in March asking for an update and they said to send the bolts back and they wil get them fixed with the gunsmith. Again I had to ask for an inquiry when it sounds like they had a solution. When I asked they said my parts had NOT arrived but they had a solution. It was over a week before I inquired AGAIN about what was the next step to getting my bolts back. I recieved an email saying they were on someones desk and would be sent out right away. In reality they weren't sent out becasue I had phoned again asking A) why wasn't my bolts sent out if they were put together? B) after waiting months for the parts, why couldn't they have been express shipped? The answer I recieved was Heather had COVID and she is the only one who can ship things. NOW I paid $625 each for the uppers and another $159 each for barel nut and rail. When now you can get a complete upper WITH barrel nut, rail AND muzzle break for $625. I waited 4 months for parts and paid extra when they were bringing in complete uppers for the same price, no extra cost. Wolverine really needs some quality control before shipping items out in a TIMELY manner.

I made an order including a case of ammo which need manually adjusted by their sales. I send an email to them and get the email back with remaining balance. Then I called them and was willing to buy for order though the phone. Another sales person increased the price instantly and said that I need to pay for the new remaining balance. I don’t understand this. Either you didn’t check the correct price before you send to customer, or you increased the final price on purpose, both of the results are bad bad bad customer services. I know there is only 15 bucks difference but the feeling is so hurt when you doing business with that kind of customer service experience. Maybe they just don’t care about customer experience at all.

Wasn't super impressed with the time to get items from off the shelf to shipped. Good selection of items but not very quick getting them out the door compared to other online retailers. Some background to my order. Ordered a scope on the Sunday, realized it was the wrong one (my fault) Monday night, modified the order Tuesday. Order shipped Friday according to when Canada post received the package. I'd like to see some improvement here. But overall would purchase from again if you're not in a hurry. Staff were good to deal with. ? Will update once i receive the product. Edit 1 I've received the scope and its packaged properly with fragile stickers ect. Was shipped as canada post expedited. Other than the shipping on wolverines side being slow great selection. Moving this from a 3 star to a 4.

I would give this business negative 1 star if it was possible. Sure staff is friendly but not organized. Had to call 3 different times after placing my order because it never shipped. Each time person on the phone took responsibility to ship day of. After the 3rd time inquiring all of a sudden the item just happens to be back ordered. Wrote an email to sales department, they cant even be bothered to reply. Would not recommend. Buy from Firearms Outlet Canada instead. They get things right and actually reply to customer emails.

I'm from Alberta and have ordered from here a few times. Shipping is fast and affordable. Customer service is awesome. I called prior to Christmas trying to source a 2XL tactical vest for a present -a tough undertaking. The gentleman had one of the larger employees try it on and stated if it could fit that guy it should fit who I was gifting it to and it did! They've kicked in some free promo items every now and then which is awesome. Sure it's stickers or a target etc but when I shop at Cabelas I get nothing. This shop is now one of two I'll purchase from and won't bother with in store shopping.

I had hard time finding out details about particular firearm. I called Wolverine because I know they are great. I spoke to Thomas. The guy started digging out for me and took his time, and even though this wasn't sales related, he got me all the answers. So amazing to see such customer service and friendly help today.. I couldn't find these answers anywhere on line.. Fantastic. Thank you so much.
