★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my computer in because I accidentally dumped some water on it and it stopped working. Alex stopped what he was doing, took it apart, and spent about 20 minutes figuring out what the problem was. He explained the problem to me, and advised me that it wasn't worth fixing. He then removed the hard drive for me so I could recover my information. I offered to pay Alex, but he declined. He then helped carry the computer to my car because I had the hard drive in one hand.
This was probably the best customer service I have ever had. 10/10. I'll never go anywhere else for I.T. services in the future.
