★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy new shower fixtures. Had pictures of what was currently in my shower so they knew what I had to work with. Told them what I was looking for and they pointed out my options. I picked a shower head that THEY suggested. Turns out it won't work with fixtures I have. Plus when I tried to return it they gave me a 15% restocking fee. First of all, they should have mentioned this in the first place, and secondly, the customer should not have to pay for the employee's mistake. It's not my fault they don't know how to do their job and I shouldn't have to pay for it. So if anybody needs help with finding the right fixtures and amenities, don't go here because they apparently don't know what they're talking about!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After getting blown off, I took my order directly to their glass provider, Shodor, who replaced the shower door at 1/3 of the price Wolseley estimated, with 300% better communication.

Products they carry are of good value for the money.
They have a wide price range so even when our budget is limited they still found us beautiful quality items.
