★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shortly after they opened, we decided to try it out. While waiting for our food, I reported that I saw food was dropped on floor in kitchen while prepping to staff member, it was just picked up & placed in tub with other cut up stuff. I was asked "are you sure it was on floor?" after they talked to the lady prepping, because she said she didn't. ... really? Am I sure? Then when I told them of course I'm sure, I was told "well it's ok I told her to rinse it all"., I'm pretty sure just rinsing vegetables on floor where she was standing is not restaurant procedures, but then I saw them just carry tub away & not rinse or dump it.. I also sent in a complaint to head office. The fact that I was not believed & my complaint was basically dismissed from everyone is terrible. I was willing to pay their higher prices for a good meal, but not when food is off floor, gross. I will never be back again.
