They walked us through every step of the process and explained everything thoroughly in a respectful and professional manner to ensure that we understood everything that was going on. They were always available to answer our questions no matter when, and their attention to due diligence even uncovered a problem that someone had tried to cover up. Can't say enough great things about them - would definitely recommend!

I decided to use them again and unfortunately the entire experience was far from pleasant. From a lack of follow-up by their staff to the fact that the entire process took over 2 months to complete, did not impress me one bit. When they did call me after my mortgage broker had to get involved- they blamed it on my broker. Apparently they were given the wrong number even though I had called them personally on 3 occasions.and left voicemails with my call back number. Although I wanted to move my file over to another lawyer because of the level of frustration they finally completed my mortgage refinancing this week. Just not sure how an organization that is voted Readers Choice can have such a poor level of customer service. I certainly would not use their services again.

Melanie Robicheau, the law clerk at the office, was absolutely amazing and on the ball with everything. She answered questions via email at 7am, and kept answering any of our questions into the late evening (7pm+). Seems like she is working hard to get things done. Our mortgage broker even commented at the end "wow, she was really on top of things".
