★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just found out on Friday that I had a leak in the basement right under where the window comes in. A quick search on Google sent me right to a few sites, sent some inquiries online and we basically left the leak be since it was late at night. I got woken up by a phone call and it was Stephen from wise cracks letting me know that he can come and check the problem on Sunday. Stephen came over and the process was smooth. He ran through all the scenarios and what he will do to the wall. The work that he did was phenomenal and even though the process was super messy, he didn't leave the place without making the workspace cleaner than when he came in. Oh and did I say that the work that he does is life time warrantied? And it's transferable to future owners also? You can't go wrong with a guy that comes out on a Sunday to take care of a headache with such a short notice.

He was so quick to respond and his expertise was immediately evident. Not only did we have a solution quickly but he set to work on it right away. While our project was complicated, Stephen worked through each issue and went above and beyond. His price was very reasonable and his work top-notch. He stayed in contact with me and came out only a couple days later (on a Sunday), completing the repairs that afternoon. The work only took a few hours, and he cleaned up after too.
