Welcome to the Winnipeg Children's Access Agency

WCAA is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mission is
to facilitate contact between children and their family members in a safe, neutral and child-focused environment.

We offer supervised visits and supervised exchanges for families who have experienced some level of conflict in their relationships.

We act as an independent body whose primary goal is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children by providing a secure and comfortable environment in which visitation and exchanges can occur. We do not make assessments or judgments with respect to whether a parent should or should not be supervised.

To ensure our independence, we do not become involved in negotiating access conditions between parties, provide counseling, act as messengers or mediate disputes. We instead refer the parties to their respective lawyers to address any access concerns.

The rules are rediculous and should be reviewed. I understand alot of their concerns but certian rules shouldn't apply to everyone

Prehistoric policies; sterile, plain environment with a very limit number of activities to do. Those policies set in place are not applicable for everyone and should not be in place for everyone. Their policies continue to destroy families, one visit at a time.

Great concept for zero conflict visits for families but it is not a very organic setting & there's a limited number of things to do. Outdated policies for digital cameras, where the staff will refuse to use your camera in your phone to take pictures even for birthdays or special occasions. This isn't for the best interests of the child/children. They need to update their policy for the times. NOBODY uses disposable cameras anymore...

They are very strict with their policies but they do make an amazing experience for the children. The staff is very nice and are eager to help and give you any answers you need. I highly recommend.

You dont have to go to as far as Vegas to be blinded by the lights, just come down here. The lights are for security they say but closing and locking the gate is seemingly pointless and unnecessary. As an added bonus, in the summertime their rooftop AC unit will surely keep you entertained all night long with its humming and rattling. They are the worst kind of neighbours one can have.
