Ordered cajun wings and coleslaw. Coleslaw was stale. Wings had uneven coating and chicken is too dry. I paid 30$ on uber eats after offer ( actual price is 45$ ) .

We ordered last night the honey garlic chicken with Parmesan. They forgot to put Parmesan and when we called them , they want us to go back to their restaurant to pick up the parmesan. Very bad customer service .

Was very dry and you can feel it is old. I ordered the jumbo wings it was hardly 3 lbs like advertised. Not happy with the food and will never go again.

I was really pleased yesterday with my order. It was extra saucy as ordered, great portion size and couldn't even finish it all! I like the fact that they offer free delivery right now as well. I was on a work call and the delivery driver called to let me know my food was outside so it didn't get cold. I ordered again today for lunch, same thing. I thought my order was running behind and opened my door to see it left at the front door, no one knocked. It was fine yesterday because they knocked and called, but I was sitting in my living room beside the front door and not once did someone knock to advise my delivery was here. I then opened the box and it was about half the portion size that I received yesterday. I figured since it was such a big portion I would split it with my daughter but I was quite unsatisfied today. The food was also cold as no one let me know it was here today. The chicken bites also could have been cooked longer as they were not nearly as crispy as yesterday.

Just ordered the buffalo bites (boneless wings) and mozzarella sticks. Ok, so the bites were over cooked almost burnt. And the sticks didn’t come with the marinara sauce but with what I think was the Thai chilli wing sauce. Not going back. To bad, I used to be a regular customer. Quality has gone down for sure.

This is such a sad display of high priced wings and onion rings, they also forgot to add the veggies part of the order of 2 pounds of wings. Looks depressing for $43... this is the first and last time I be coming here. MUCH better eats elsewhere.

Ordered online for New Year's Eve and was told by the system that my pick-up time would be determined when the kitchen confirmed the order. It was confirmed immediately and I was given 35min until my pick-up time. I arrived on time and had to wait an additional 45min. I get it - NYE is a busy night - but the service being given was horrible. Telling customers that have ordered hours, or even a whole day, in advance "What do you want me to do?" is absurd. It's your responsibility as a business owner to be prepared and to be honest with your customers about the timing of their orders. Many customers were told "another 5 or 10 minutes" but then ended up waiting 15 or more. You explained to me that you were using lesser experienced staff to augment your line on the busy night, and I get that, but someone still needs to manage them to success and that wasn't happening. The kitchen was chaos - disorganized and inefficient. The one person calling the orders could barely keep it together. No one was dedicated to expediting to make sure that orders got out in a timely and organized fashion. A few orders (delivery and pick-up) had "one more item still to come" that was purely a result of the entire order not being well organized and expedited. I hope this was a wake-up call for where you need improvements inside the kitchen as it seems other lower ratings you've received (on non-busy nights) point to similar problems. That said, the food was pretty good, but mixed temperatures by the time I got it. The "medium" wings were more sweet than spicy and not a traditional "medium buffalo" spice that you'd expect. The "thai" sauce was great. My "mostly drums" request didn't seem to matter as I got a pretty standard mix of "drums" and "banjos". The "extra crispy" was good. I'd order again, but if the efficiency of the kitchen isn't improved, I won't bother again. Good luck in 2022!

Good wings, Sauce is good but they always drown the wings in sauce so I asked for less sauce but then they almost took out all the sauce from the wings and made them feel dry. Might want to ask for slightly less sauce when buying wings.
