★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are super friendly, and have good tips. Their prices are a little higher than brewers direct. They also have less selection for equipment. But I do like their setup, their wine selection, and their customer service better. I don't use their "brew on site" service, since I do mine at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very helpful, even with covid they are doing all they can to help. The store is smaller, so be respectful of other people's personal space, they will limit the amount of customers as well. So have some patience when going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience first time bottling our wine. Easy, and didn't take long. Now we need to wait and see how our wine turns out after a bit of aging. Meanwhile next batch on the go so we can compare a red vs white result. Feeling very optimistic after tasting some leftovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been doing Wine Sense regularly now, ( sounds bad drinking wise) for about three years. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Wine is always ready on time when you do in store bottling, and no risk of mess or mistakes. Sharing batches with a few friends means still getting the same number of bottles as when we each by our own, but we get to experience a wider variety of wines over a shorter period of time, compare flavours, and choose favorites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just sipping from my first batch right now and it is very good. This is their cheapest one too, I just wanted to see how it worked. My subsequent batches I will use a more expensive kit to compare. Value can't be beat at all. 30 bottles for like $3-4 a bottle.
I have of course never bottled or made wine before but they really do take care of everything and bottling is super easy and really fun! I opted to have them make my wine for like $50 but they do all the work and the filtering is great.
