★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love metro but I despise having booze shoved in your face on the way out the door. These "wine rack" people are right in your face and the entire hall reeks of cheap liquor. I'm a recovering alcoholic 8 years sober and this is nauseating to me, I can't imagine what its like for newly sober alcoholics, I wonder how many people have fallen off the wagon due to this booze pit. Shame on you guys for promoting your product in such an invasive way. The one time I said something the kid working actually argued with me which proves these people are all about sales and have no true understanding of how harmful alcohol can be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are lovely and helpful, the selection is good, the Wine Rack does the job of promoting its associated group of Canadian wineries. However, in the case of the Metro Grandview location, its position in the exit hallway is not the easiest to casually shop in. That being said, it's nice to have your groceries in mind and pick a suitable bottle of wine on the way out. The tight digs and friendly staff help make the selection process quick and efficient!

Their selection is as great as it could be with the tiny space they have, and it definitely gets to job done for me after a hard day at work. Keep up the great work!!
