Friendly and efficient and cost effective wine bottling is my experience at Wine with Friends. The wine itself has been better than expected from the medium and lower cost kits. They can even adjust the sweetness slightly ahead of time to your preference. Wine with Friends is batting 4 for 4 with us!

I had a Groupon for $14 for 14 bottles of wine. At that price I wasn't expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised! I got the Cabernet Sauvignon, and even my boyfriend who doesn't love wine likes it! Will definitely be going back to try getting some of their other wines made.

I purchased the Groupon for 14 bottles of wine for $14 and not only was the wine good but the experience was great! You go first for a "yeast drop" appointment which is just short but on the next visit when your wine is ready for bottling you get to fill the bottles, use the corking machine, stick on whichever labels you'd like and then use a heat gun to put on the little outer seal. Great date night idea!

I've made two orders with this business, one before the name change for 3 batches and 1 afterwards for 1 batch, I've also sent a few friends there as well. Everyone loved the experience, the wine was great. I called the store today and spoke with Victoria... I'm utterly shocked at her lack of customer service skills. I explained what I was looking for. She said "I'm not sure what you mean, you can look at all the types on the website." I replied, "I looked on the website and I couldn't find any fruit wines, and only 1 zinfandel even back when I had ordered originally the list was actually in a brochure." She said "well we have white zinfandel on the website and it has a fruity taste so maybe go with that. IT'S BEEN 5 years so we probably just don't carry it ANYMORE." I emailed the store to let them know about this experience, and regardless of whether they had the type or not for my brother I would've gone back prior to this interaction seen in the pictures posted. *EDIT it won't let me add the screenshots, hoping to figure that out ASAP* I will not go back, will not recommend. You don't get customer repeats and referrals when you treat clients this way

Exceptional experience! So we'll organized, quick and helpful if need be. Order, when ready drop off bottles, half hour later you're driving home. Highly recommend.

I'M CONVINCED THIS IS RUN BY AI TEST DUMMIES I have purchased about a dozen batches of wine from this location and have given them at least 5 referrals. 3 of the referrals had customer related issues resulting that those referrals would not buy back from them again. I have had customer relations issues as well, last one before this issue was in summer of 2021 when they blamed it on the email service. They again this time blamed in on the email issue. I sent the, the following complaint on their website portal. It was sent to Kitchener store as well as support email. A few days later, they did not call or respond to the email but closed the ticket and asked for my feedback if I was satisfied or not. There are plenty of other good wine places out there who care about customer service - that's is where I will go and refer others to the same. This is a follow-up to your previous request #833667 "Re: Customer Referral - DIS..." I thought I would post my comment here in hopes that it can be somewhat resolved. I have been dealing with the Kitchener location for a few years and have also referred people to this location. I have had two customer relations issues with the referrals I provided and I personally have two of my own. My last issue is that I moved out of the area from Kitchener to Flamborough and still kept my business at the Kitchener location. We had ordered two batches. I set up the first batch but the option on the scheduler would not allow me to setup the second batch at the same time for that Friday. I sent a message through the website. When my wife got there on Fridaythey could o9nly do the one batch and Skylar said that they were having problems with their website messaging. SHE SET UP THE SECOND BOTTLING FOR THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. I spoke with Skylar and told her that we had to make a special trip in from Flamborough and it takes over half an hour. She said she would pass my concern onto the owner and HOPEFULLY he would get back to me. HE NEVER DID. We had to make a special trip back on the Wednesday. All of my issues with this location have been Customer Relations issues. I eagerly await your response. Mark XXX-XXX-XXXX

needless to say as you'll experience a very kindly, friendly, and outstanding costumer service at Kitchener Store. I had a conversation with Rachel, she was so kind, patient and helpful. thanks a lot for your understanding and help. Besides, quality of wines is remarkable.
