★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are appreciative of Ivan's attentiveness and patience while we were deciding on our windows. We met him last year August while thinking of our window replacement, and signed with Window Tech in March of this year. Vlad came to measure twice thereafter. The wait for installation was long and we understand the delays due to COVID. Windows were installed June 16th. Vlad and his team were GREAT. They are very good at their craft! They finished all the windows in one day, and cleaned up the mess.
There was one outstanding issue with seeping foam insulation in one of the windows which took over 4 months to resolve (hence, the one star deduction), other than that we are very happy with the outcome, and will use Window Tech again for future needs.

The installers worked very carefully and professionally and the job was completed on time as promised. We received multiple complements on the look and feel of our home after the replacement. We love it and have already recommended WindowTech to several neighbors and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible to deal with. They broke pipes while installing windows and ignore me. They also left dents in the side panels and never came back to fix it. Would never suggest them. They are cheap but their work is also cheap.
