About Us
Clinicians are trained in:
Family Systems, Addictions, Substance Abuse, Abuse, Domestic Violence, Relapse Prevention, Naloxone, Methadone and Suboxone support as well,Grief, Trauma- Residential Schools, Inter-generational Trauma, Identify loss, Low Self- Esteem, Family Dynamics and Mental Illness, including: Anxiety, Depression, Self-Harm, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, schizophrenia, bi-polar and borderline personality disorders.
Psycho educational , Holistic, Traditional, Indigenous, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Expressive Therapy, Exposure Therapy are some of the most commonly used techniques that are used on a regular basis with my clients. I have a strong passion for continuing education, as well hold myself to the highest of professional and ethical standards.
Privacy, as well as confidentiality towards each and everyone of my clients is placed at the forefront of my practice. We believe in a therapeutic orientation, which starts with a client centered focus, and a collaboration of individual models that are best suited to each specific clients situation
