β β β β β My son has been attending Willowbrae for the past 5 months (since he turned one year). The facility allowed us to do transition and half days to adjust, they provide two healthy snacks along with lunch (and milk), and have live view cameras in the rooms/outside so I can see my son through the day. The communication is outstanding (we get daily reports and pictures) and the facility feels very safe. The director (Lisa) and all of the educators have been fantastic and make my son feel very comfortable, always going the extra mile for him. Highly recommend doing a tour if you are looking for a great program with amazing educators!

β β β β β My son has loved being with Willowbrae Millcreek. I was really nervous at first, because we had previously looked for Montessori daycares and had less than stellar experiences. However, Lisa the Director really reassured me. They make all their food which is wonderful for accomodating allergies and do many activities with the kids, including taking them out 2x a day to their courtyard. More than that, they also have live cameras feeds of your child, which means that both they and you can be confident and secure in the quality of care being delivered. What is being offered at this centre is a higher standard than I've seen at any other facility and the staff is warm, caring and very good with the kids.
Before going to Willowbrae my son was very cautious and had a lot of stranger danger. He warmed up immediately to the staff at the Millcreek location and has really blossomed since attending. In a short period of time he had become more capable with utensils, opened up more with unfamiliar people and developed his physical milestones. I would very highly recommend the Millcreek location.

β β β β β My 2 year old daughter has been with Willowbrae Millcreek since October when they first opened. We absolutely love it here. It's a brand new centre so all the rooms are renovated and stocked with new toys and activities. The educators really make an effort to give the children opportunities to explore different types of play like sensory play, imaginary play, physical play and fine motor play. There is also a beautiful outdoor space in the back of the building where the children can play. I love how my daughter is able to get fresh air outside at least once during the day.
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are provided by an in-house chef so all the meals are fresh and healthy. The educators are professional and really care for the children. As a parent, it's so comforting to know that your child is being cared for well. The director, Lisa, is also great. She really takes time with parents to share information and answer any questions you may have about anything. Lisa makes families feel valued. I can't say enough wonderful things about Willowbrae Millcreek and highly recommend them to other families looking for childcare.
