★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golf course has an very interesting but eye pleasing layout. There are a few tight fairways that may need you to use course management tools off the tees rather than a grip it rip it thought process to minimize a big score. The course was in pretty good shape. Greens were not soft and receptive and were fairly quick which would be best played with a high trajectory approach shot that's not at the flag but short to allow for a little run-out to the hole or it's going to to be way long for sure. Enjoyed the fairly quick pace of just over 4 hours. The score card even says that it's the 4 hour round and it was pretty close to that. It was a fairly lengthy drive to get to from Hamilton but we felt that we got our money's worth and weren't disappointed at all. Lucked out with no rain which was forecast, too bad the ball striking wasn't also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time out and really enjoyed this course despite some bad weather. Excited to see this course on a sunny day without covid restrictions.
Great elevation changes and some challenging holes. Great for the average golfer, would not recommend to beginners as there are some difficult second shots

We gladly drive the short commute from Orangeville to enjoy the incredible scenery and the friendly staff.
It's easy to see why people keep coming back as returning members. Visually the course is absolutely stunning with beautiful views in every direction.
Jon is always friendly and incredibly helpful. From a nervous beginner to a more frequent golfer he's always made me feel welcome, and like part of the Wildwinds family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The course is highly ranked and 14/18 holes most certainly deserve the high public rating.
First couple holes are pretty easy, but quite small featureless greens and fairways. The third is a tough uphill Par 3 and the design really shows itself.
Overall the course is flat and hole 3 through 8 use the terrain and undulating greens in a beautiful design. Ninth is straight and plain, then 10th is a weird fit in hole down the hill, but you can have a go at the green. I kind of got lost trying to find the tee on the other side of the barn.
From then on the course is a spectacular arrangement of shortish par 4s, getable par 5s and difficult par 3 green complexes.
3-8 and 11-18 make this a beautiful golf course. I loved it and it was in great condition.
