Shane LePage
Registered Consulting Arborist (RCA)
Wild Rose Garden & Tree Service was opened in 2009 by its owner and principal arborist, Shane LePage. Shane has been studying plants for over 20 years. Before becoming an arborist, he was a log quality specialist in the coastal logging industry in British Columbia. He holds a Diploma in Ornamental Horticulture from Olds College, where he graduated with distinction. He is an ISA Certified Arborist, and a Registered Consulting Arborist with the American Society of Consulting Arborists. Shane also studied landscape design from the University of Guelph
In 2005, Shane co-owned a tree service in Calgary. He sold his share in the company and moved to Central Alberta in 2008. He and his family are proud to call the area their home, and Shane is committed to providing expert horticultural services to Red Deer for many years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cotoneaster hedge was infested with oystershell scale and was starting to go downhill. I had Wild Rose treat the hedge for two years in a row and it looks great again. While they were here the second time, one of the crew suggested we remove a dying birch and replace it with a silver willow. They took the birch down safely and cleaned up perfectly. My new tree makes the yard look so much better. Thanks, guys!
