Amy has an open hearted authentic nature and i can't think of anyone better to hold the space for the practice of yoga asana, meditation and the like. Thank you for creating the space Amy !

A kind voice welcomes and I remove my shoes, and settle in a space. Sensory delight with perfect temp, cool floors, clean air with light essence of aromatherapy oils and warm gentle lighting. Guided by a kind and knowledgeable instructor. I appreciate this beautiful opportunity to practice self care and connect mind and body in the presence of open hearted community.
