★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Is the worst company Ever. I had 3 meters scheduled for 8 am. They said it would come at 10:30 and then they kept delaying until 2. They said they would come at 3-5 and that is when I said I don’t want it. Waste of my labour and my time. Horrible service, unorganized, and the lack of management is just sad. If there was an option to give these people 0 stars I would have done that. Do not order from these people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was very positive. John at the office was professional, kind and helpful in making sure that we ordered the right amount of cement for our backyard project. The flexibility on delivery date was amazing as not many companies offer Sundays as a delivery date or at an affordable price. Wilches was able to meet all those needs. The driver arrived on time and was personable. We were very satisfied with the service and will be using them again. Thank you kindly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the worse I have ever dealt with! I ordered 3 meters of concrete for 8 am and it showed up at 10 am. The concrete was left over from another job already old and really wet. 1.5 meters later the concrte finished and half my job was still left. I called the owner and he said he will send another truck and that showed up an hour later. I asked for a discount and the guy said take it or the truck will leave. I had no other option at that time but to take the concrete. They did not let me add any water to the concrete because they said it was going to another job. The guys after me must have been a meter and half short as well. Save yourself the trouble and find another company. Would give them a -star if that was an option!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The driver was an hour late, then asked for money up front before even setting up. The truck came with only one working shoot so we had to use a wheelbarrow. I ordered 4 meters of concrete the truck came with 3 meters. The driver didn't want to give any money back he said to call the office. I went to the office, spoke to the "boss" he was rude and didn't want to give any money back despite not providing how much concrete I ordered. This company is run by a crook save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable experience. Sent me old concrete, it hardened not 20 mins out of their old crapy mixer. I called to enquire and they kept hanging up on me. The driver admitted it was old concrete. Then the truck ran empty and I know for sure they shorted me. When I finally got a hold of someone they sent me another truck and made me pay $200. Unbelievable. Bunch of huligans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and provided the worst customer service. I had ordered concrete to be delivered by 11am and had not received it. As I have been waiting countless hours for the delivery, I contacted them multiple times and witnessed their poor customer service and lack of punctuality. They had advised me just before 5pm that they would be loading up the truck and sending out the delivery, over FIVE hours past the agreed upon delivery time. I still have not received the delivery nor have they agreed to compensate for their poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone, DO NOT support this terrible business.

after stringing us along for 6 hours waiting for our concrete and 7 phone calls for updates they then pretended they had already delivered it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They cost our team over $1000 in wages today. don't take the risk. Its not worth it.
