Easy process from taking photos on the app to getting the insoles shipped to me. I've worn them for a few days and they're pretty comfy. I got them for extra support while running. I can't comment on how they wear over time, but I'm happy with them so far.

Like most startup companies, wiivv falls into the category of being nothing but FLUFF. Got a pair of insoles and they started to fall apart after a week of use. In the beginning they felt quite comfortable, nothing out of the ordinary but towards the end of the week my feet hurt in places it never did before, I went to an orthopaedic doctor as I've never had any issues with my feet and was told to stay far far away from their product. Needless to say, I was so disappointed as I not only wasted almost $100CAD for 3/4 of an insole I also put my health at jeopardy. If you're thinking about getting any of their products do your research (they have no real research to back up their claims) and save the money, go to your closest superstore and purchase a pair of readily available insoles for a fraction of the price. Also be aware of the 5 star reviews, they seem too positive to be actual reviews... it actually seems like they're written by their employees or people to benefit from this startup company.

I have no idea how anyone is even writing these reviews. I ordered my flip flops over a year ago with the promise they would ship by July 2017. Nope. Summer 2017 went by. Late August an email goes out saying they are delayed. Then they just went dark. Wrote to them Jan 9 when I saw they were once again trying to sell more stuff they were not going to deliver on. No response. On Jan 31,2018 a mass email went out saying apparently they just started shipping orders. I have no idea to who because I haven't heard anything and I was one of the first 700 backers. They got 4 million dollars in backing Feb 2017 but yet still are not shipping anything. No idea what to think at this point. I wonder if I got ripped off for 150.00 usd.

I would have to disagree with the people who are saying to stay far away from this product. I'm not doubting they may have had a bad experience with quality, however; I have shown these to two of my physical therapists (both who routinely recommend and fit people for insoles) who gave them very high remarks in terms of fit and support. I backed their Kickstarter campaign and received mine after the long wait for the Android app. Since then they have been in one of my two daily wear shoes and are still going strong over a year later. I would also be wary of doctors and professionals discounting these insoles in favor of recommending custom fit insoles from the dr's office. Custom insoles have huge markups and generate substantial income when prescribed. From my experience with both, these (and others from REI ect) are cheaper and just as good.

I love my Wiivv's! I travel often and I love wearing converse which is terrible because I have flat feet and there is no support. I bought a pair of these and put them in and they are sooooo comfortable! I also have the half size in my dress shoes. The front lip is a little too wide so you feel the gap in your shoes but they told me they are fixing that. Great communication with customer service team!

I tried out Wiivv on a whim. Insoles that are custom fitted and 3D printed? Sure why not! I was intrigued mainly by the idea of getting insoles simply from taking photos from an app on my phone at home and then getting insoles delivered to my door. So yeah the idea seemed nifty. But I was skeptical. Well the end result was definitely a pleasant surprise. They actually worked. Getting custom insoles or orthotics never seemed like a real option for me. Why pay hundreds of dollars when I don't even have any injuries. What I have instead are fat, wide feet and crappy ankles. This leads a lot of discomfort and calluses on the outer side of my feet. Affordable custom fit insoles seemed like a pipe dream. Not any more! I love the 3/4 length Wiivv insoles because I can slip them on top the existing insoles for pretty much any pair of sneakers I have. Would definitely buy another pair!

I have both the full length insoles and the sandals, and use both often! I am very happy with them and think its awesome that they are made specifically for my feet. They provide much more support than I was used to, so it took some getting used to, but now I use the insoles nearly daily. The sandals are great looking and super comfortable, and are also my go-to shoe for wearing after a long run.

Wiivv are really changing the world of footwear. Using revolutionary technology to create innovative products that improve performance, prevent injuries or reduce pain at a fraction of the price this would have cost in the past. I've run over 1000km on my Wiivvs and they are still going strong.
