M	Mike Morris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite both their website and Google saying their hours on Saturday are 12 (noon) to 5pm, I arrived @ 1:30pm to their address on 394 Deerhurst to find that they were closed. Oh, and their name on the building is E.H. POPE with a small letter on the door that instructs people to go to the side entrance for pickups of WIHA tools and some other things...... I can only hope that on Monday when I return I can find them open but it's really a sloppy business practice to not post proper hours of operations.
S	Sam Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wiha no longer represents good value for money at full price so if you must have this brand, be sure to buy it from a retailer that accepts no-hassle returns like Amazon (in case you're not 100% satisfied). At this pricing level, Wiha Canada's policies and customer service leave a lot to be desired.
R	Ron Katz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time we place an order, something is on backorder with a 3-4 week lead time. We find this out only after the order has been placed. The website will accept your order no matter what it is. Later Wiha will tell you that items are on backorder. They will NOT ship your order until the backorder items arrive. Wiha advertises "Thousands of Products In Stock‎" but the stock is not on this side of the world. The tools we order are very common ones you can find in any big box store or electrical supply retailer. Shopping online is often to save time and for the selection, however, they do not save any time and there is no selection when no stock is kept in North America. We are a manufacture and go through a lot of tools. Wiha realized this after our first bad review and tried to fix thing by shipping a partial order and then the balance when stock arrived. We agreed to remove our bad reivew in return. This was acceptable the first time. Here we go again, we placed an order a second and third time for very basic inexpensive and common items you can find anyplace. The next day or two we are notified it too is on backorder. Wiha Tools will hold your complete order and not ship for 3-4 weeks claiming one or more items are on backorder. It is clear now that the advertised "Thousands of products in stock" is false advertising or does not apply to what they sell online. They for sure do not manufacture "thousands of products" There are many tool suppliers and lots of options out there. As a manufacture who goes through a lot of tools and has many suppliers, this one is now at the bottom of our list.
S	Simon Agramonte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to echo most of what was said. Placed an order on a Nov 7th and it arrived on the 19th. I emailed to ask the status of the order and was given very vague information about arrival. I was told I would also receive tracking which I did not. The only reason I knew my package arrived was because I tripped over it walking into my front door. I like the tools but I will shop else where after this experience.
M	Max Gunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give you 0 stars i would. Truly upset. Im out $200 due to a package being "delivered" by fedex, which i have nevered recieved. But when i contacted the Wiha on multiple times i was told its the delivery companies fault (which i put in a claim and nothing could be done due to it being "delivered") but with no help from Wiha im not happy with either party.

S	Shafqat Hussain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an insulated screwdrivers set on-line 4thJan19 and it never got shipped out in four days!!.....eventually I had to cancel it. Very poor customer service...the lady (Carla) at Brampton customer service is rude and takes hours to respond you back. Wiha's products are good, but based on my experience, I will not recommend to buy them from their on-line (or Brampton ) site. I hope they will give my money back on time.
J	Jordan van Veen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for just over $200 worth of tools. Wiha Canada charged me as soon as I made the purchase even though it was still “processing”. I emailed them after a week of waiting with no response. I then called them and never received a reply. On my second attempt to call them they answered and told me they hoped to ship them the next day. Just over two weeks after ordering the tools they arrived. The tools are great quality but their Canadian distributor is failing to deliver.
