★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year i shop from here during summer time. It is Close to town and well located. Family friendly. Staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly too. A bit expensive compared to other places. But the quality is not compromised. I got both of my apple trees from them. For all garden lovers. This place is amazing to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good inventory of trees but the inside retail space is very cluttered and a mess. It's hard to walk around and see stuff so customers don't get to the stuff to buy. Very poor focus on the customer.

Whether you are a DIY gardener or a commercial groundskeeping business, Wickham can support you and all of your needs. I enjoy going there to plan each of my green thumb projects. All of the staff at Wickham is knowledgeable of every aspect of horticulture and are always willing to share their experience with you to ensure that you succeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is very poor over the phone. I never received the product I ordered and was billed for and when I called them they would just say I was next in their list. They treated me like I was inconveniencing them with my business. I ended up cancelling the order because of their poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have good product. Their service is not very good. Only one guy can help you with the power equipment, and he is they guy who does everything in that place. It's unfortunate that his staff require him for every decision. This is a great business, but their service isn't that great.
