It was a full rip out and replace and I would not have ever dreamed it could turn out as well as it did with my limited space! My bathroom was also a full rip out and it now feels bright and spacious compared to gloomy and cramped! Shawn was extremely professional and clearly knows what he is doing! Not often you get a contractor that actually completes the job in under the estimated time! Couldn't be happier!

m	mahsa H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Shawn Whitehall to help with our basement renovation. He told us he will come in with his crew and get the work done in 2 weeks. He worked on the basement by himself for 3 weeks, did only half the work and just did not show up the next day right after we made the next large payment. His wife emailed us later to say we don’t appreciate Shawn enough because we had asked him to fix the bathroom wall tiles that he had installed wrong. I had even asked Shawn previously if he had a tile installer and he said he was at another job so Shawn tried to do the work himself. He even made us change the floor tiles that we had bought (even though he had already told us he could install those specific tiles before we purchased them). I never had a contractor tell me what tile I can buy for my own house. Shawn seems to get overwhelmed very easily with any small concern the homeowners have. There were other issues that we didn’t even mention to him because we didn’t want to upset him. For example the size of the windows were wrong, the openings for the doors are too small for the standard doors that we had specified, and the drywall work is very messy and bumpy. Whitehall did not carry out the contract, schedule and the quality he had promised us.
