About Me
The two biggest questions I get are, “how long have you been doing photography?” and “what got you into photography?” So I’ll answer those for you! I first picked up a camera in grade 10. I’ve been shooting weddings since 2018. To answer the second question, I got into photography because I needed an artistic outlet that doesn’t involve steady hands haha. Someone in my family once left an OLD camera laying around. I managed to learn what I could off it and then upgraded. From there I had people ask me to take their photos and so I did my best and ended up growing a passion for it!
I think one of the biggest reasons I love what I do so much is because of the Second Hand Emotions I get. Being around happy people genuinly makes me happy. So what better place for me to be than a couple’s best day of their life. For me it’s not “Just another wedding” it’s more than that!

Carlton was super helpful making sure we arrived at the right location, was ready and waiting when we got there, and helped us to feel comfortable in the photoshoot's environment. Aside from the *fantastic* styling of different sets & props, Carlton took some really sweet pictures that we will cherish for a looong time! Carlton is an all-around great guy. He's easy to talk with, kind and patient, and makes the experience of being part of a photoshoot feel laid-back & enjoyable! And, on another note!! I'm always extremely impressed with Carlton's "business mind" as he does a great job maintaining the professional aspects of being a photographer while still having fun with clients. He emphasizes on being accountable (and exceeds in doing so) and does an amazing job working with & encouraging others in the photography business. We can't recommend Carlton enough! (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure to work with Carlton. He is personable and made the awkward experience of taking pictures a lot of fun. We're so pleased with how our photos turned out too! A few notes about our experience:
- Our photos weren't for a special event, just Christmas cards, so not a lot of pressure.
- We had to reschedule several times with Carlton and he was very agreeable and easy to work with, just make sure you're checking emails since that's where the messaging interface sends things.
- Very reasonable price. Fantastic value!

It was freezing cold outside and he took care of everything. He gave us breaks and made sure we are okay time to time. This took the pressure off of us on the wedding day to remember everything we wanted captured, as Carlton had everything under control. He even remembered something I had mentioned the morning of that I wanted a shot of, but totally forgot about when we were doing photos. He went the extra mile with his photography and made us feel really comfortable with the whole process. The photos turned out amazing and he had them to us in under a month! I would highly recommend using White Willow Photography for your wedding!!

He was very quick with his responses and I could truly see from the start how much he cares about insuring the photos are his very best work. The photos came out beautiful and that same night he was already sending us some of his favourites. His communication, attention to detail is top level. I mean the Guy hid in a freezing cold barn wedged behind a tractor to ensure it was a surprise and captured it all. 5 stars!!!
