In the last year, we dealt with many trades doing our reno. Rob is a truly honourable trades person who does what he says.
We cannot thank Rob enough for his time and dedication in investigating thoroughly the water leak. Despite his busy schedule, on a short notice, Rob took the time to come to our home to have a quick look at the problem initially. He then returned on a weekend which was his day off and methodically went through every step to figure out where the leak was coming from. His explanations on the water leak issues were so clear that even a non-trades person could understand the issue.
After he left our home, in less than an hour, he sent us a detailed report and supporting photos so that we could send it to our vinyl siding contractor who installed our new siding recently.
WOW… Rob has gone over and beyond his call of duty in helping us to figure out the water leak issue. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Rob.
We plan to hire Rob for other reno projects as he is punctual, responsible and honest which is truly a rare find in today’s trades.

It works better now than it did when I first purchased my home. I would use him again in a heartbeat. It's hard finding reliable trades and I highly recommend him.
