I didn't have any vision for flower types, I simply gave her my colour palette and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were so stunning and I couldn't have asked for a better florist. Would highly recommend!

She was able to balance my HUGE chaotic wedding party, kept everyone organized, and made sure we had a 100% stress free, fun, magical day. She went above and beyond for every single detail and step, from table-scape design, selecting bridesmaid dresses, to making sure I looked perfect moments before I walked down the aisle, Cassandra was there for me. I had two venues, and I was worries it would be difficult coordinating decor, setup, and people between the ceremony and reception but Cassandra at White Haven Weddings made sure the transition was flawless. Best day of our lives thanks to Cass!!!

We had our wedding in Penticton and I’d thoroughly recommend her for any Okanagan Events or as a local Kelowna Wedding Planner. She completely took the stress away so we could enjoy our day and was responsive, professional, detail-oriented, flexible and easy going. She has a really lovely demeanour and we felt an authentic connection with her.

She was amazing. Simply put, Whitehaven weddings made our day a complete success. I totally changed my tune and was on board as soon as I met her. Cassandra is professional, organized, and exceptional at what she does. I had literally no stress throughout the whole day because she meticulously orchestrated everything flawlessly behind the scenes. Cassandra ensured all 10,000 of my wife's requests were met. She was amazing with co-ordinating timelines, helping us to communicate with our vendors etc. which would’ve been a nightmare to do alone honestly! We don’t live in Kelowna & we’re so thankful we had her to help us with everything since we were planning from a distance! The florals turned out beautiful, our arch was TO DIE for it was so gorgeous. Loved having Cassandra & would highly recommend her services!

They created the most beautiful spreadsheet which was coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everyone knew what they were doing on the day of (and leading up to). They were always quick to respond to questions and emails and were willing to hop on a phone call or facetime anytime we needed! Lastly, they created the MOST gorgeous bouquets and floral arrangements for our day! They were seriously a highlight! We are so grateful to have been able to work with them!
