Concessions:  There is one main concession stand near the entrance as well as two beer kiosks on either side of the field. Come hungry and leave happy!

Our concession stands do sell common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) If you have any food allergies please contact the front office to make special arrangements to avoid contact with any specific allergens. Also, the ball club has designated Section 4 as a "Peanut Free" zone.

Washrooms: The washroom facilities are located in the main concession building, right behind Section 3.

Fan Assistance:  To make your visit to Andrews Field is as pleasant as possible, the Whiskey Jacks Fan Services Kiosk is located across from the ticket booth, directly inside the main gate. A Whiskey Jacks team representative is available at all home games.

Accessible Seating Area: Fans that require accessible seating (wheelchair, etc.) it is available at the foot of Section 1 next to the Whiskey Jacks dug out. Chairs for companions are available, simply ask a Whiskey Jacks game day staff member.

Foul Balls:  Fans are reminded to stay alert at all times, as bats and balls may enter the stands. You are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, or return it to concessions for a free treat.

Gates Open:  Gates open 1 hour prior to first pitch at every home game.

Kids Zone:  One of the many features of Andrews Field, the Kid Zone is located behind Section 5 (down the third base line). Various inflatables and other fun activities … supervised by Whiskey Jacks game day staff.

Outside Food and Drink:  Outside food and drinks are not permitted into Andrews Field. The Whiskey Jacks encourage fans to visit and support other Brandon establishments either before -or- after the game. Please enjoy the great concession items in the ballpark.

PA Announcements:  All requests for public address announcements must be made to the Whiskey Jacks in writing or via email at least 24 hours prior to the game. Send your request to; [email protected].  

Autographs:  We encourage our fans to ask Players and Coaches for autographs; however, there are some guidelines. Players and Coaches are not allowed to sign autographs once the umpires have taken the field. We also ask that you be courteous of your fellow fans when seeking autographs.

Parking:  Parking is free and available in lots on both sides of Andrews Field. Please be aware of those spots marked for specific needs, thank you.

Pets:  Sorry, pets are not allowed at the ballpark. Only service animals will be allowed to be in the park, always on a leash.

Rain Policy:  If a Whiskey Jacks home game is rained out, it will be rescheduled for a double header later in the season.  Your ticket for that game will be valid to attend the both games of the double header. 

Smoking:  Andrews Field is a smoke-free faciility. No tobacco, marijuana, or cannabis is not allowed inside the ballpark. E-cigarettes and Inhalants including; vapor and e-liquid are not allowed inside Andrews Field.
