★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for some sort of meditation guidance when I found Cyrena's sound therapy that actually provides more than I could have imagined. Once I tried it, I felt that a 60 min session just wasn't enough so when I go, it is for 90 min. It is hard to explain but it is an awesome experience with an assortment of amazing sounds at varying frequencies with some cool instruments! The balance it has brought to my life is undeniable as well as the mental and physical benefits from the vibrational frequencies are noticeable. I recommend trying it for yourself :)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had the privilege of having Reiki, QHHT and sound healing to be done by Cyrena. The level of healing she has brought me is indescribable. Consistency is key, and the calming environment she has makes being consistent that much easier. She is extremely passionate about what she does and you can tell she puts all her drive into it. Her compassionate soul makes it so easy to open up and not feel judged. Thank you for sharing your space and opening so many people up to this magical world
