Tracey and Dr. Kirsten are very friendly and have a gentle touch. They are very knowledgeable and take the time you need, for your concerns. I feel very comfortable while I'm there and always look forward to my next appointment.

I paid over $1000 for private testing and consultation time and all I received in return was a lab summary of the results(4 months late), a rushed phone call to explain them and zero follow up with a treatment plan. After emailing several times to request information I was told I would be given, all I received were notes from almost 2 years ago. I could have thrown my money away and had a better experience. For a private clinic with high costs I am left seriously disappointed.

He and the team are very caring, Kirsten is a compassionate listener, soft-spoken and very knowledgable, these qualities make it easy to understand my health results and recovery recommendations. Dr Kirsten keeps things simple yet effective, I find he does not overprescribe and does an excellent job of honouring my requests and offering alternative solutions or standing by his sound medical advice. I was referred here by two other local women who also suffered from brain injury and hormonal issues and found relief from working with Dr. Kirsten. The clinic is private and does cost out of pocket. It is well worth it if you are hitting walls in the standard medical system and needing more advanced support.
