You get scheduled for appointments and reminded of your appointments...you feel protected because they will always ensure appointments fit into your schedule...then comes the big one...meeting your therapist who is a PhD holder in Psychology and a professional...I was assigned to Dr. Julie Li and that began journey of my healing. She is an amazing woman who is an epitome of excellence in character and charisma. The sound of her voice makes you pour out your inner worries. She works with you to develop your mental, physical and spiritual state of mind...she gives you quotes that will last you a life time. She does not put any blame on you rather helps you identify the route to your recovery. Honestly, I wish I can have her as a sister...I got so comfortable that I was able to express myself in all areas of my life...when I had difficulties in life, I brought them to her and she helped me overcome. In the 4 months of our conversation, I have been able to celebrate victories in my life that seemed insurmountable before I met her...and she assures me of the privacy of our conversations.
