★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theatre society has been putting on fantastic plays for 10 years now and they are only getting better! The society building is actually at the corner of 53 ave and 50 st in the old Water Works building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is the oldest active theatre in Alberta I believe. A lot of shows get sold out and they have musical acts perform there from time to time as well. Check out their website for all performances upcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the atmosphere and open mic are always a wonderful experience especially with the new renovations, I am sad to say that when it comes to opportunities for the young adult to teen community to get involved the Manluk Theatre does little to help.
With outdated shows with little to no resources to research them, the same country cowboy theme to attract the same people to audition leaves little room for this theatre to truly blossom and bring more people to their business.
I can only hope they extend their reaches to bigger and better shows and musicals especially.
