★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would just like to thank Phil who came to my unit to look at the fridge because it was not working. Then returned with a new fridge the same day, he was very professional and understanding. I also had to call avenue living because my hot water was not working he came right away and told me what the problem was. Great job Phil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, understanding and very helpful. Laura and Kaila have always gone above and beyond for me. Their head offices choices in renovation companies leaves something to be desired but otherwise no huge issues. Has been a pleasant experience so far and hope to continue

They're incredibly responsive when issues come up in the suits themselves, as well as accommodating with requests. Both suits Ive lived in have been a pleasureable experience. Ive worked with Laura and Kaila and have nothing but positive things to say. They respond to middle of the night or morning texts on weekends and have always been happy to help!

I would recommend anyone to live here my landlord is Kaila she's very kind, always willing to help, very patient and her communication skills are great always keeping me informed when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm glad I decided to rent an apartment from Avenue Living. The approval process was quick and easy. The rental cost is very competitive and affordable. The hallways and common areas in my building were painted this month and new flooring was also laid. When I first moved in, a couple of minor issues were dealt with very quickly by Phil, who looks after the maintenance issues in this building. Whenever I see him around the property he's always got a smile and a friendly word. It actually brightens my day whenever I see him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience has been great, moved in a month ago and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly. Had an issue with the fridge it was replaced same day. They listen to the concerns of their tenants and do their absolute best to make sure everyone is happy in their buildings. Kaila is def one if the best landlords i have ever had! Highly suggest looking towards them when seeking a place to live
