He is very detail-oriented and performs strict background checks on potential tenants. All of my tenants have been grade A and always leave the property in very clean shape. Any repair issues were handled promptly. I would highly recommend Westwynd services to anyone seeking property management in Metro Vancouver.

β β β β β I have come across a listing for an apartmentβs unit; so this company asked me for my personal information; I took time to write my personal information on an email, and my preference for viewing the unit; then all the answer was i am showing the unit around blah and blah! What?? Is that all of your respect for your clients?! You guys should be flexible and respectable with the people.
