M	Maureen Doherty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Tracy Kish at Westwood Health for years and have always been impressed by her knowledge, her ability to assess and treat injuries. I had a knee injury a couple of years ago and was not given much hope by a specialist. Through Dr. Kish's care I am back playing tennis. She provided the right exercises to hehab the knee and make it stronger. Affordable, on time, pleasant office and staff.

Appointments are punctual and service does render results esp with a longer commitment to treatment. Assistants are friendly, and often help set up direct payment with benefit companies which makes life so easy. I work with Dr. Martin for my weak back and leg/neck pain. She provides exercises, tips and adjustments that help me. Her great sense of humour is a bonus advantage. As for massage, I've used two RMTs there and both helped. I do suggest booking in advance as some RMTs are so popular, it's harder to get a last min appointment. However, that just again shows evidence of how effective these services are. Overall, a genuine hidden gem in The Pape Village.

Each person has helped with my pain and injuries and have drastically improved my way of life. I would highly recommend any practitioner at this office.

She has that right combination of firm boot camp leader with sympathetic, caring doctor. She is efficient but thorough, professional but approachable. She pushes you and encourages you. I am so glad I found her.

Most chiropractors adjust you and then give you a date to return for another adjustment, continuing the payment cycle; Dr. Kish did the complete opposite. I'd been dealing with a back injury for close to three years and went to Westwood Health for acupuncture, a treatment that gives me some relief. I had no intention of asking for more than acupuncture. But as I was prepping for the treatment, I spoke with Dr. Kish about my back. She listened like no one else before and ended up telling me I should get surgery. Surgery? I asked. Surgery? But EVERY other chiropractor said that was the dumbest idea known to man! So after one appointment, she set me up on a new health stream at St. Mike's Hospital and in a few months I was getting an L4-L5 Microdiscectomy. It's been two days since the surgery and I feel amazing! Long story short: Dr. Tracy Kish had the opportunity to milk me and my injury for money, but instead sent me to someone else who could better help me, effectively saving my life.
