Their staff are top of the line every year. My friends and I have been going there for over 12 years. There is food, lodging, drinks and very friendly conversation. Will be seeing them again very soon.

The parking lot is quite neat! it's the opposite of flat, like someone was trying to recreate waves underneath the paved lot. If you go in the afternoon, chances are you can see all the fishermen coming back with wheel barrels of whatever they caught, I have never seen so much halibut in my life.

We've fished through-out the west coast and we've decided to settle here and leave our boat here all year around because Westview Marina consistently is on target. Everything is available here, good food, affordable accommodation and even a great mechanic! Thanks John and Cathy providing our 'west coast' home away from home.

Of course anybody might be a bit sceptical of a little remote fishing lodge as I was, but needlessly so. The remoteness of the place is one of the things that make it special . It is well worth the drive to Westview. Absolutely great people there too, from the owner, John, to all of his employees, they all treat you special. And our fishing guide, Troy, is the best. What a great guide and person. He knows where the fish are and exactly how to catch them. We all went home with our limits. WOW do we have a mess of fish to feast on for the next several months. I absolutely love Westview Marina and Lodge and highly recommend it to anybody looking for a great fishing experience. Bill M
j	janice racicky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this business! We had to cancel May reservation in April because of Canada border closure. (we live in wash. state) Talked to John (owner), he said he would return our 80% balance due to us "soon". It's been 6months!! We are still waiting after many calls and emails. He say's,"I will take care of it soon", "it will be a few days", "I will check with my book keeper". It's always a "stall game". We have even sent copy of our Visa statement for "proof" we paid in full. Still NO money returned to us. (should be minus -1 star for rating)
L	Larry Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fished here for several years. Quit coming here 3 years ago because the owner, John kept screwing us over on guides. We usually had 6-9 guys and we were lucky if we got one decent guide out of 2-3 boats. He even stuck us with a guy who had NEVER been a fishing guide before and wasn't even a decent fisherman - preferred to go whale watching!The final straw was when John lied to us and assured us we would have at least one good guide - Cowboy, whom we fished with the year before. Otherwise we weren't coming back and I told John that. So we booked the trip ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE based on his assurance that we would have Cowboy as one of our guides. We show up the next year and we find out Cowboy is guiding another group that had booked 2 WEEKS BEFORE they got there (we asked them). One of our guides that John foisted off on us ONLY previous experience in a boat had been taking Whale Watching tours and the other guide was almost as bad. BEST MOVE EVER WAS LEAVING THIS DOUBLE DEALING AND DISHONESTY BEHIND!
