I've been trying for 6 months to collect with ZERO response. I only wish I had read the reviews before doing business with them. SCAM company. The 5 star reviews have got to be fake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience buying a brand new condo unit from them at the Evolve condo is Surrey. Condo unit came with multiple deficiencies and they refused to fix them. These people have zero common sense and can’t do a simple job right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst developer ever. DO NOT BUY anything Weststone related or you will be in for a lot of churn.
It's been three months since the building has been occupied and there are so many issues. I can't believe these guys are still in business.
Update: After one year, many people in this building are still struggling with terrible/incorrect installations by Weststone. They've completely ignored everybody's correspondence and are refusing to fix their own mistakes.
Unprofessional and trash management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional Company I have ever encountered in my 9 years of business. DO NOT work for them or buy any properties through them as they will scam you. I have gone to the news and Better Business Bureau and they are not surprised or shocked by their actions. 1 year later and they have not paid our Company a dime towards their large bill owing with us. They have fired over 6 employees that have tried to help us recover funds on their bill owing. They are a multi million dollar company and are cheap, rude and unprofessional. Pay your outstanding bills Weststone Group - you are not an exception in this world where you can acquire services and just decide for no apparent reason to not pay. I would give you 0 stars if I could. Behrouz Habibi, Jim Stewart, Kim, Justin Fo, Hilbert Ng, Yvonne Guan, Louise Xu pay your bills!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience! I bought a property developed by them. The project is Evolve close to Surrey Central and the whole process was very unreliable, improvised and unprofessional. The company they hire for Customer Service: Platinum Project Marketing were even worse. After 3 months, There are still deficiencies in the building waiting to be fixed, there are no blinds in the units and they don't give information. They hide instead of taking responsibility. They are a total shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even want give any stars to this company, normally I don't write any bad review, but this is the most unprofessional company, I bought a property developed by them in Evolve close to Surrey Central. The inspection date is around April 2019, and I have been waiting for missing blinds almost 7 month since the inspection date which they promised it will be complete on the procession date, then 3 month after the procession date, it’s still not done, and the worst part they won't give you any updates, not replying email, when I call them, they push the problem either to property manager or the blinds company.
