★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this hidden gem for chicken. It was excellent. Glad we took a chance because the building isnt much to look at. But inside was clean, nice staff interesting merchandise and yummy fried chicken. Lots of food reasonably priced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove from rural claresholm to use the laundromat here as they have machines that can specifically handle a heavy load of laundry and I was turned away from using their facilities because I was trying to wash dog beds there. I have never heard of this before but apparently if you wash pet stuff in their facilities they 'could' get customers after that demand being reimbursed. Laundromats are for this specific purpose and most people use them for this and you can't control what everyone washes. These dog beds were not soiled in any way, no feces or urine, just dander and hair. Heavy duty washing machines and dryers sanitize and collect the hair in the lint traps! Since I specifically know of instances that this facility has been used for the same purpose I felt extremely insulted and embarrassed by this rudeness. So I guess it's ok to wash clothes covered in pet hair but don't you dare take dog beds. I have never been so rudely talked to by a business owner in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the big washing machine so I could pretty much do all my laundry in one wash. Also the huge dryer was awesome and very inexpensive. I also like the fact that there is staff there to help you with getting change,laundry soap,dryer sheets, basically what ever you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. I had called and ordered chicken the end of may, and it was good. Tried calling half a dozen times through June and they never once answered the phone. I went in 1 afternoon in person to see about chicken and then man behind the counter looked at me like I was an alien. Didn't understand, or care, that they had lost out on a huge order of chicken simply because they didn't answer the phone. I went in today and it took almost 10 minutes to a)find out how long it would take to cook 2 20 piece buckets and b)to actually order it. Mentioned the phone thing and he said they no longer take phone orders... 2hich I think he meant HE doesn't take phone orders.
I did the math, they've lost out over 300 dollars, just in 1 month. Not a good business plan.
Get better people behind the counter, please! The woman I spoke with the first time as fantastic, but the older gentleman simply did not care the tiniest bit whether I wanted chicken or not.
I think I'll just take my business to 711, at least they make an effort at customer service.
