★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful walk down a flight of 200 stairs leading to a trail to a beautiful bridge. The stairs are a great workout and the view is a nice treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a jewel in the city. Many trails branch off from the park to take, lots of green space and scenery, highly recommended if your looking for something to do outdoors and you have some time to kill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a challenge and view the beautiful river, climb up the stairs and have a great work out to reach the top. There you can continue down several paths of hiking but don't forget to take the time to look and take in the magnificent view of Edmonton river valley

A wonderful experience for getting in touch with an almost natural atmosphere (there are some paved trails). It offers great walking or riding ones bike opportunities. Best of all, its free, great exercise and connects to other parks in the river valley.
