The mall is pretty clean & sterile, especially compared to nearby Place Alexis Nihon mall, but it is way less crowded than the latter. There's a lack of anchors there, it's mostly expensive independent stores, restaurants & medical clinics. I usually go there because there's a Royal Bank branch here and the washrooms are clean since they're almost no one inside, including bums. There's a underground tunnel that leads to Atwater Metro station, Dawson College & Place Alexis Nihon, which is around a 5 minutes walk.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Rude security service at the mall. I go there every other week and really like staff and quality of services at Spa de Westmount. But getting parking validate ….brace for impact. Either no one at the kiosk and you wait around and/or you go to the security office way in the back and there you encounter rude people. I have also witnessed guard screaming at a homeless person sitting inside on a cold winter day. Telling him to get out. Why scream ? I will have to find somewhere else to go and spend my money. Last encounter to get my ticket validate was really unpleasant having to go in the back office, the guy dismissed me and told me with a very condescending tone and with bit to high of a tone of voice that was acceptable, that i had to wait. I was polite and barely had the time to place a few words. Decided it was not worth the argument….i wanted to have a nice day. By the way i had been waiting and it was way over 10 minutes….. may find another Spa …..or inform Westmount Square customers that getting your ticket validate is at their own risk and perils….and you may have to wait 15 minutes to find a CRECCAL guard who will accept to validate your ticket…..you may have to deal with Creccal rude security guards and bear their brunt even if you are calm and remain polite.

I only go there to take my mother for medical appointments. Today was my first time bringing my mom anywhere in a wheelchair, so I was already a bit stressed. I was expecting a ramp once inside the only wheelchair accessible entrance, on St. Catherine Street at Westmount Square 4, but it's a wheelchair elevator (just to lower us a few feet) & it was broken! A notice asks people to call security for help; the guard did a fine job getting us to WS 1 from WS4 & back again so I have problem at all with that. However it's ridiculous that handicapped people should have to take an elevator, go along a few hallways & through several doors & even outside via a loading bay to get to WS1. It made an already stressful visit even worse; I hope the elevator is fixed soon & the management ensures it remains in working order.

Good food court, and double cafe there is probably the best place to get coffee in the area. However in terms of quantity of stores and products, the square can't compete with alexis nihon, just across the squares tunnel. Westmount square has more boutiques and a higher price tag overall, while alexis has a bunch of big names.

There is parking in side but i find it pricey. There is meter parking outside. But you may have to park a bit further. Buzy area. Nice shops inside but pricey. Food court is good. Bathrooms very clean.

Dangerous this year, they've stopped salting the icy parts and have closed all entrances but one or two, however all the other exits are still cleared and advertised as open, I have already slipped twice and have viewed multiple other people including an elderly gentleman be fooled by the seemingly open door only to slip and fall as he turned around. I would avoid this place, there's nothing here anymore other than a tunnel to the metro. Picture of closed entrance, cleared but not de-iced

If I were a skinny middle aged ++ Westmount lady with money and discernment, this place would be my jam. As it is, I am not the target demographic of most of their stores. That being said, it’s worth strolling around—in some cases, stuff looks fancy, but the prices are the similar to other places. The food court is straight up nice, the radiology place is really good, the magazine shop has a good selection, and there are a couple vintage places that you might want to glance into. And there’s room to move around, too, which is nice. Never over crowded, so you can sit on a bench for a moment too.
